Physical Developement

I feel as though I am physically ok and don't need to work at that hard. I plan to work out 3 days a week, the nights I don't have something else going. I run about two times a week for about a mile. Also, I do yoga, thanks to my friend Ana for introducing it to me, and sometimes I do ab workouts. Even though I am small, I believe that I have the same capacity as anyone else. This is what i think about my physical health.

Yay Yoga!!! I can explain more if you need actual poses to work on (although some of them are tricky).
I think we're doing great on the Newsletter project. Not much to worry about besides the 100 words, and I think I can finish them if needed. Sophia's is the only one who still needs a few more words, right? Or did she finish them all?
